Founded in Melbourne, Australia.ROLEThe applicant will be responsible for:All mass deployment of systems and processes for exceptional customer experience.Tracking of any license systems and hardware tracking.Collaborating with other teams to develop software on the hardware device to seamlessly connect to the cloud platforms.Creating and altering applications to enhance the customer experience with other teams.Managing the development of new or modified hardware systems.Liaising with 3rd party stakeholders to manage development, design, and construction of hardware assets.Creating mass deployment plans and license management of deployed systems on Windows, Linux, and other IoT systems, including BIOS tuning and customizations.Liaising with Software and Operations teams as required.Assisting in any customization of deployed products remotely.Assisting in the creation of hardware applications and middleware, including APIs.Learning main hardware applications and managing backups and any IP reporting.Creating new applications, systems, and technology to assist in customer and IP enhancements.Assisting client-facing teams where required.YOU?
