Your Skills and Attributes To succeed In this position you will need to be an energetic and true people leader with a business-savvy and problem solving nature. In addition to this:
Significant experience in the dental industry and perhaps have led a team in a previous positionMentored junior dental assistants and receptionistsCurrent Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assistance or equivalent knowledgeAn ability to lead, motivate and build relationships easilyWillingness to provide additional support in the clinic where possible during busy periodsA proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and a desire for excellence!Come play the Pacific Smiles Way and together we can make Greenhillssmile!
