Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate workshops with a diverse range of stakeholders to define scenario-based problem statements and ideate solutions for health and aged care services. Engage with Department members, support organisations, and external stakeholders to ensure broad input and collaboration during workshops. Collaborate with service designers to translate workshop inputs into key outcomes informing development of high-level and detailed business requirements by Business Analysts. Support product owner and product manager to translate workshop inputs into Executive briefs. Collaborate with scrum master to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Business Design and System Sprints to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Key Skills:
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within cross-functional teams environment. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable outcomes. Familiar with human centered design thinking and service design methodologies. Familiar with agile project management skills. Experience with facilitation tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel. Previous experience in the health and aged care sector is advantageous.
