You'll work closely with a supportive Director and lead projects through all phases—from concept to handover. This role suits an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing projects independently while mentoring junior team members.DUTIES.Lead and deliver multiresidential projects autonomously.Develop and manage detailed design and documentation using ArchiCAD.Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors.Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring high-quality outcomes.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.Extensive experience in delivering multi-residential projects.Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential.Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Registration is highly regarded but not mandatory.CULTURE.This studio prides itself on fostering a positive and collaborative culture where every team member's contributions are valued.
