Provide feedback, manage vendor tickets and lead vendor engagement on behalf of platform users. Ensure our data platforms enable good data governance, and are deployed and configured to ensure application security, and data loss prevention. Proactively manage data technology life-cycle roadmaps, ensuring platforms meet our business' current and future needs. Ensure data technology change is managed to consider the full cost of change, and delivering a clear ROI. Proactively monitor and manage data platform usage, to ensure support, infrastructure and licensing costs meet expected targets. Educate and monitor users to leverage data platforms in a cost-efficient manner, avoiding unnecessary and excessive consumption of platform resources.
