We deliver industry-leading data science solutions powered by viewing data and the latest Gen AImodels. As part of our team, you will:Develop data science products built on our rich data assets including product telemetry data, customer service interactions, viewing behaviour on multiple platforms, online engagement with Sky digitalProvide actionable recommendations for content optimization and programming decisions based on data-driven insights.Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.Deliver robust, well-writtencodeLead projects with 1-2 team members, task managing and delegating appropriatelyWork with our Machine Learning Engineers and Data Engineers to build and deploy compliant, efficient and scalable data science modelsEngage with key stakeholders (Sky Studio, Content and Strategy, Merchandising and Product management) to understand key business objectives and translate these into data science & analytical projectsShare domain expertise and best practices with junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growthKeep up to date with innovations in data science, as well as new frameworks, continuously bringinginnovative ideas into your workWhat you'll bringProven experience in at least two advanced analytical areas including, but not limited to Predictive Modelling, Optimisation, Unsupervised Learning and NLP in a commercial settingExperience in leading successfuldata science projects and task managing colleagues, with measurable business impactExperience building and deploying large-scale data science solutions (preferably within B2C companies) in a cloud environment (we use GCP VertexAI in the team)Very good Python programming skills and experience with Machine Learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, TensorflowetcFamiliarity with ETL concepts and ability to write scalable SQL code (familiarity with BigQuery and working with nested data a plus)Ability to present your results concisely to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to quickly understand a business objective, problem-solving to deliver a data science solution delivering commercial valueBonus points if you have experience working with Causality, Reinforcement learning, LLMs, graph analytics or telemetry dataThe rewards There's one thing people can't stop talking about when it comes to #LifeAtSky: the perks.
