In this role, you'll lead Data Engineering to support the expansion of the Teachers Health (TH) data lake, warehouse, and reporting solutions.

What will you do? / How will you help? Execute best practice data warehousing ETL for TH to expand the data available to the business.Support current and future merger and system transformation activity through data onboarding and architecture.Facilitate data security and fit-for-purpose data access controls on the reporting and data layers.Support execution performance and cost control within the cloud environments through meaningful summarisation and SQL optimisation.Act as the Subject Matter Expert for SQL across reporting and insight analysts and conduct code reviews as appropriate.Ensure good practice SDLC and code maintenance across the broader Data Engineering team.Mentor and develop junior data engineers and reporting/insight analysts.What do you need? / What are we looking for? 7+ years of experience in SQL, data warehousing, and DataOpsKnowledge in SQL to manage large datasetsExperience with ETL tools such as Matillion, Glue, or similarStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure and IaaS platformsAbility to collaborate with teams across various departments to deliver data solutionsHow do I apply?
