About the RoleThe ideal candidate is a passionate and hands-on data engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex data projects. You will work closely with our internal consulting team and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build cloud-based data solutions using Google Cloud Platform technologies.Deliver engineering projects, including setting up data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud infrastructure.Work closely with colleagues and clients to understand business needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) to support continuous delivery and deployment.Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-based systems and applications.RequirementsCandidates will have at least 4+ years' experience delivering data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, with a positive and forward-thinking mindset, ready for a fast-paced environment where they will face various tasks.
Google Cloud Certification (in order of preference: Professional Data Engineer, Professional ML Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect).4+ years of professional experience in designing and building Google Cloud Platform solutions in the Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning realm.Experience developing solutions in Python (Apache Airflow, Apache Beam) and SQL.Experience with GCP tools including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run & Cloud Functions, and Cloud Composer.Thorough knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices including Terraform, GitHub Actions.Understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization in a cloud environment.Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising concepts and tools.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Salary may vary depending on location and other factors.
