Overview: Full-time, Continuing position Salary HEW 9 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About YouAs a Senior Data and Analytics Partner, you'll be at the heart of our Data & Analytics Partnerships Team, focusing on strong stakeholder management. You'll be the main point of contact for various portfolios, ensuring their data and analytics needs are met. Your role will involve capturing, understanding, and prioritising business requirements, while making sure our data assets are used effectively. You'll empower stakeholders to become more self-sufficient and confident with data and analytics. A big part of your job will be managing relationships and expectations, ensuring analytics requests are sorted, analysed, and directed to the right teams in our central data and analytics group. You'll also handle and deliver data and analytics outputs for local requests, with support from allocated resources, always keeping stakeholder satisfaction in mind. To be successful in this position, you'll have: Experience engaging directly with a broad range of technical and non-technical clients and stakeholders whilst working across various levels of an organization including at the executive level whilst building trust and fostering collaboration in a data and analytics context.Experience in business analysis, demonstrating the ability to define requirements and business objectives.Strong Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks.Experience delivering training and coaching to small groups.Excellent written, communication and presentation skills, good commercial awareness and a creative and problem-solving outlook. About the GroupThe Data & Analytics group led by the Chief Data and Analytics Officer supports and enables RMIT's strategy by leading and driving the data and analytics agenda for the enterprise. This involves being accountable and responsible for: Developing and implementing RMIT's data & analytics strategy, and ensuring ongoing alignment with university projects and initiatives.Leading information governance framework and activities across RMIT.Defining requirements and standards for data and analytics technologies to be delivered by Information Technology.Coordinating and governing data management activities for analytics and reporting.Developing and coordinating advanced analytics capabilities to resolve key university challenges.Providing demand management and prioritisation of Data and analytics requests.
