Role Description:Analyze and manage customer master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various systems.Lead efforts to make changes or build parts of Dashboards in Qlik Sense, utilizing best practices in dashboard management.Investigate and document the impacts of changes made to customer data, ensuring that all affected systems and processes are accounted for.Work closely with IT, data governance, and business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Create comprehensive documentation of processes, data flows, and data models related to Dashboards.Ensure data quality checks and validation processes follow high standards of client delivery.Provide training and support to end-users on Qlik Sense best practices.Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Masters in Information Management.10+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Architect, focusing on building Dashboards, preferably in a Qlik environment.Proficiency in Qlik Sense/Qlik View and Database.
