You will work with senior stakeholders from across the business and lead initiatives to understand requirements, together with technical stakeholders within the Data team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.The Senior Data Analyst is also responsible for design and delivery of commercialised and marketable data products, leveraging the data platform and complementary to Steadfast's core Insuretech platforms.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the business to understand/lead data and insight operational/strategic needs.Provide steer and interpret requirements, recommend creative solutions and champion the use of Steadfast strategic data platform/cloud technology assets.Design and develop automated data insight products, including data apps, reports and data visualisation dashboards.Work closely with data engineers to ensure data source and architectural needs are met.Engineer data to prepare for reporting, visualisation and advanced analytics.About you Minimum 5 years' experience in data reporting and visualisation, with leading tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and Streamlit.Hands on working with different data sources, RDBMS namely SQL Server, Azure SQL and/or cloud solutions such as Snowflake, DBT and Streamlit.Strong data manipulation coding skills, particularly SQL and python.Financial Services experience, preferably within Insurance.BenefitsAs a valued member of the Steadfast team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive array of benefits tailored to support your professional and personal well-being.
