About the Division The Performance and Evaluation Division collects, analyses and disseminates high-quality evidence and insights to influence decision making across the Department, government agencies, and service providers to improve outcomes for children, young people, and adult learners.

In this key role, you'll analyse data to generate actionable insights from a dynamic linked dataset. Collaborating closely with a dedicated project team, your expertise in data analysis will be essential in ensuring our solutions effectively address user needs and are delivered on schedule.
Attributes We're seeking someone with extensive data analytics experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in:
Data analysis and linkage using SQLData analysis and visualisation in R.Desirable Qualifications and Experience Experience with Databricks is a plus.A relevant tertiary qualification.Your responsibilities will include: Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.Ensuring solutions are delivered within deadlines.Presenting insights to senior stakeholders.How to Apply Submit an application before the closing date that includes:
