If you can make that experience special, you can start to build a great second interaction, and so on.
Blinq is the tool to help people do that.
We're building a platform that allows you to share a snapshot of who you are with anyone, anywhere via digital business cards, dynamic email signatures, and virtual backgrounds.
Join us on our mission to help the world connect.
The Role:
We're currently looking for a number of Senior Data Analysts to join our team here at Blinq.
As a rapidly growing SaaS startup transforming the way people connect, data-driven decisions are at the core of our operations.
Depending on your expertise and interests, you will be embedded within one of our core teams (Growth, Product, or Engineering), where you will leverage data to drive team-specific goals.
You will work cross-functionally to provide insights that guide decision-making, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall success of Blinq.
This is a hybrid role working from our Melbourne or Sydney locations.
What You Will Own: Analyze large, complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to guide strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Engineering, Marketing) to understand their data needs and provide insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
Build predictive models and conduct hypothesis testing to improve product features, user experience, and marketing efforts.
Lead the development and implementation of data processes and structures to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.
Perform deep-dive analysis of key business questions and report findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Drive automation and optimization of data processes using SQL, Python, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and GCP (desirable).
What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment or a fast-paced startup.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics such as MRR, churn, LTV, CAC etc.
We welcome individuals at all experience levels and take pride in being an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
Join us on this remarkable journey as we reshape the way people connect and network.
