Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Government - State (Government & Defence)Full timeAs the Senior Data Analyst, you will investigate data and information needs and provide expert advice and guidance to align with best practice requirements.Design, develop, deliver, and maintain reports, dashboards, insights, and data visualisations as required for the service.Work within the Identity and Access Management project team, which involves members of a multi-disciplinary team implementing the department's identity solution.Undertake complex problem analysis to deliver innovative and insightful outcomes to customers of the service.Undertake data validation and cleansing of data from multiple authoritative sources.Provide customer-focused service delivery and high-level expertise in relation to the provision, maintenance, and continuous improvement of service dashboards, reports, and other data assets.Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role you will demonstrate your ability to develop and promote ITIL Service management processes, as well as displaying a high level of expertise and experience in one or more of the following:Data visualisation tools, such as: Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, D3.js, R packages, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Hana, PowerBi and QlikData manipulation tools, such as: SQL, R, Python and AlteryxDatabases, such as MS SQL, Oracle, SAP HANAData integration and transformation - SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)You will have a sound understanding of the theory and application of key visual design principles.Additionally, you enjoy a challenge and are capable of confident and effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including employees, supervisors, and peers.About eHealth Queensland:eHealth Queensland is one of the largest Information Communication Technology operations in the state.
