THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst for a growing team. This role is an important addition to our Information Technology & Systems team, directly reporting to the National Chief Information Officer.
ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidate will leverage their analytical expertise, mindset and industry knowledge to generate, interpret and present key business activity and financial reports that impact strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Essential requirements A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Technology or similar relevant qualification.Minimum of five year's experience in a Data Analyst roleProficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and manipulationStrong problem solving and Mathematical skills, with a pro-active approach to continuous improvement Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, financial structures, payroll and billing processesStrong experience with Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard creationProfessional and confident communication skillsSolutions focussed with strong relationship building skillsExceptional attention to detail, time management & organisational skillsAbility to coordinate multiple projects concurrently & work to deadlines & changing prioritiesUnderstanding of healthcare operations, including workforce planning, financial reporting and regulatory considerations, ideally in a nursing agency environmentProven ability to lead and mentor a team, to foster collaboration and development.Desirable Familiarity with other data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R)Prior experience working in a labour hire market environment.HOW TO APPLY If you have the above capabilities & knowledge & want to make an impact in an expanding team, please submit a CV & cover letter, addressing the requirements.
