About the Opportunity
The Senior Data Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in fostering a data-driven culture within ECH, where data-driven solutions become essential to business success.
This position focuses on upholding the highest standards of data quality through thorough cleansing, extraction, exploration, and validation processes, ultimately transforming raw data into strategic insights that inform decision-making.
Effective communication is essential in this role, enabling the Analyst to collaborate seamlessly with business leaders and stakeholders, acting as the link between technical and non-technical teams. In addition, this position will be responsible for preparing and presenting dashboards that visualise trends, identifying clear and actionable information.
Furthermore, the Analyst will explore innovative approaches, such as AI and machine learning, to extract further value from data, ensuring ECH remains at the forefront of data utilisation.
About You
You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
Customer-centric thinking will be crucial for your success, guiding your decisions and actions. You will have a hands-on approach, the flexibility to work beyond a predefined job description, and embrace challenges that foster a culture of agility, adaptability, and trust.
Your exceptional time management abilities will allow you to navigate competing priorities seamlessly, ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Bachelor's or higher in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or relevant experience. Strong Expertise in SQL Exposure to data warehousing/data lake operations Proficient in Power BI Familiarity with Snowflake/Python (Desirable) Some Perks for You
