Talk to us about how this could work for you.Period of AppointmentFixed term from February 2025 to February 2026Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.DutiesContribute to the planning, design, and implementation of the MPES data warehouse to ensure it meets business requirements and supports data analysis needs.
Once implemented, monitor and enhance the data warehouse to accommodate evolving data needs and reporting requirements.Manage projects related to the development and implementation of data warehouse and BI solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and deadlines.Develop and produce detailed and accurate reports on financial performance, penalty collections, and enforcement activities using Business Intelligence tools.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in reporting and decision-making.Analyse complex financial data related to monetary penalties enforcement to identify trends, anomalies, and insights, and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes within MPES.
Ensure compliance with organisational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of monetary penalties collection and enforcement processes.Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate findings and recommendations.
Handle sensitive and complex issues related to data and financial reporting.Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and reporting practices.
