Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Perform data extraction, manipulation, analysis and reporting of driver, vehicle, infringement and road crash incident data in Queensland.
• Prepare and deliver statistical information, visualisations, presentations and reports regarding road crash incidents, vehicle registrations, driver licensing and infringements.
• Draft and review correspondence, reports, briefing notes and other documents in accordance with departmental standards.
• Monitor data request workflow and contribute towards achieving team goals.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
• You may be required for on-call availability or overtime duties during closure periods or public holidays.
Requirements of the role
• Sound technical skills and experience in using tools such as relational databases, spatial data, SQL, programming/scripting languages, data visualisation tools and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in identifying, developing and implementing improvements to the efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of work processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Dedication to accountability and the production of high-quality outputs through professionalism, persistence, transparency and collaboration.
