Due to our continued success and growth, we now have a new opportunity for a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Handler to join the team and lead our incident response efforts and contribute to the resilience of our cybersecurity infrastructure.

Conduct advanced incident response activities, including forensic analysis and malware assessments.
Swiftly resolve incidents to minimize downtime and risk exposure.
Maintain effective communication with clients and management throughout incident lifecycle.
Coordinate response efforts across multiple business units and conduct post-mortem analysis.
Proactively monitor client environments using specialized security applications.
Provide timely and accurate information to Information Security leadership.
Develop expertise to perform responsibilities independently.
Deliver customized training to CFC and Info Sec teams and coach peers.
Update incident response playbooks regularly for best practices alignment.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotations when required.
Contribute innovative ideas for the growth of the Incident Response function.
Collaborate with CFC teams on project execution and security improvements.
Review and address project/initiative requirements within established timelines.
Produce detailed technical reports and presentations for digital investigations.
Align organizationally, functionally, and as a team for team success.
ABOUT YOU 5+ Years of Information Security experience, specializing in Information Operations/Incidents.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of at least 3 security tools, including host-based antivirus, firewalls, IDS/IPS and others.
Possess relevant Technical Security Certifications (GIAC, EC-Council, ISC-2); optional certifications in Security Architecture/Management (ISO27000, ISACA, etc.).
Proven experience in troubleshooting, incident analysis, and technical skills for incident and service request resolution.
Proven experience in daily operational processes such as security monitoring, data correlation, and security operations.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing security events and incidents to identify root causes and provide effective resolutions.
Experience in handling advanced persistent threats.
Hands-on experience in digital forensic and/or malware analysis is an added advantage.
Competent in using internal and external ticketing systems for ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
Demonstrates a solid customer orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse Stakeholders.
Effective influencer, maintaining a proactive attitude to seek improvement opportunities for positive impacts on security and business outcomes.
Exceptional under pressure, maintaining professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Capable decision-maker, evaluating costs and benefits to identify the most appropriate actions.
Demonstrates excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
