We are committed to promoting a culture where employees are valued and respected.JOB SUMMARY:As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity solutions to protect our clients' critical infrastructure and data assets. You will play a key role in identifying potential vulnerabilities, analyzing security risks, and developing strategies to mitigate cyber threats effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, along with hands-on experience in network security, endpoint protection, and incident response.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Cybersecurity Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen overall security posture.Security Architecture Development: Design and deploy secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols, to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.Incident Response and Forensics: Lead incident response activities, including detection, analysis, and containment of security incidents. Conduct digital forensics investigations to identify the root cause of security breaches and recommend preventive measures.Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry best practices, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Develop and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.Security Awareness and Training: Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees and stakeholders about potential security risks and best practices for maintaining a secure environment.Emerging Threat Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies. Evaluate emerging security solutions and make recommendations for their adoption based on the organization's needs and objectives.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent certification preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role.Proficiency in network security protocols, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and SSL/TLS.Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.SOFT SKILLS:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Adaptable and flexible.Organized and detail-oriented.Able to work well within a team.Self-driven with initiative.Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
