About the Opportunity This position exists to strengthen and continuously enhance ARTC's enterprise security posture by managing risks associated with network security, information security, incident response, privacy, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
It provides guidance and designs security solutions for technology projects, ensuring that security and networking components align with business requirements and are integrated into the organisation's broader technical architecture.
The role is crucial for maintaining a secure environment while supporting the successful delivery of business-driven technology initiatives.
Review and assess system and network architectures from a cybersecurity perspective, providing input into the design of secure architecture for IT and OT environments and ensuring the integration of security principles into ARTC's infrastructure design.
Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the Cyber Security Infrastructure, ensuring ongoing reliability, performance, and support of platforms, including incident response, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and planning for growth.
What do we want from you?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 years' experience in IT/OT industry, working on systems engineering and cyber security systems.
Over 7 years of technical experience in network or infrastructure engineering, including support and delivery.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Extensive experience across various cybersecurity domains, including security architecture, network security, vulnerability management, secure infrastructure, and identity management.
Strong foundation in network protocols, routing, and network security principles.
Experience conducting risk assessments, identifying potential risk events, and documenting probabilities and business impacts.
Understanding of, authentication protocols, web application security, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
Demonstrated expertise in security controls, configurations, device hardening, and auditing, particularly in Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Certificate Services (PKI), application whitelisting, and OS/application patching.
Working knowledge of cloud environments, Azure and major operating systems (Windows, Citrix, Unix) and directory services, along with scripting or automation capabilities.
