We are currently looking for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at our Sydney Head Office, responsible for managing and operating Cyber Security services to meet Stockland's business requirements.
Reporting to the Manager, Cyber Security Operations, and working in collaboration with the other Cyber Security Analysts and the wider group IT team, the role will deliver specialist Cyber Security expertise to support Stockland.
Daily responsibilities will include: Support the Information Security Incident Management process including end-to-end management of security incidents, reporting, and post-incident review activities.Maintain and operate all security technologies, tools, services, and processes to monitor, detect, remediate and contain security threats.Support delivery of technical security services including those supplied by managed security service providers.Participate in the development and implementation of strategies, security standards, procedures, controls, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse system environments including solutions for IT and OT security.Report on cyber security posture, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly delivery of security reports on operational status, controls effectiveness, training and awareness, and incident metrics.Build and maintain strong working relationships and provide expert cyber security advice to internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver outcomes.Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with and mentoring own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge, and experience; and seeking to learn from others.Undertake confidential, detailed, and unbiased Security Incident Reviews in the event of an identified or suspected security breach.The role includes participation in an on-call rotation with other cyber analysts.About You Degree qualified, with experience in Cyber Security or extensive experience in Information Technology, you will have experience in the delivery of security operations services.
Working knowledge of relevant standards, security frameworks, and best practices, such as ASD ISM, ISO 27000, NIST 800-53 and CSF, CIS Benchmarks, or equivalent.
Relevant certifications will be highly regarded, e.g. GCIH, ISACA CSX, ISC2 SSCP.
Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and Tenable (or similar technologies), including development of automated and orchestrated responses.
Security experience within Microsoft 365, Azure, Amazon Web Services, or SAP will also be highly regarded.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
