We are looking for a strong and experienced cyber-security all-rounder to join our team.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Cyber Security.
Being part of a small team, there will be plenty of opportunity (and expectation) to get involved in all aspects of cyber-security – and therefore, lots of opportunity to learn and develop too.
Strong skills and experience in using and configuring Microsoft's security, compliance, and identity platforms are essential for this role.
This role is based in our Deeside head office, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent working from here.
A typical week in this role will involve a variety of activities: vulnerability management, incident response, security data analysis, identifying improvements, managing changes, and much more.
We're looking for someone who understands the practicalities of applying cyber-security within a fast-paced retail organisation with over 900 stores.
Strong communication skills are essential, as effective cyber-security requires all areas of our business to do the right thing – so we need someone who can build relationships and be an advocate for cyber-security at all times.
