Develop long-term program plans with clear KPIs and regular progress monitoring Identify and capitalise on opportunities to maximise the value clients derive from the company's products Lead regular account meetings and manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure healthy business relationships Collaborate with global teams to align local customer objectives with global goals Present system functionality and offer solutions to support client training needs WHAT YOU HAVE: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within FMCG/CPG or SaaS. Proven experience in commercial negotiations, with the ability to build growth within client portfolios. Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on retention and client satisfaction.
