About the Role: Our project workload is growing rapidly, and we require a new Senior Customer Success Consultant to be responsible for assisting with implementing our Care Management software with new customers and to help facilitate the introduction of new functionalities for existing customers.
The goal of this role is to ensure the users of our customers software have the best possible experience and maximise their utility from the system.
This is key to enabling them to be more sustainable and to deliver to their aged, disabled or in other ways challenged clients to live better lives.
About You: We are looking for someone who is; Showing at least 3 years' experience in significant software implementations Has demonstrable experience in managing their projects with the added complexity of concurrent projects running side by side Is punctual, professional, resourceful and excellent with time management Is a leaner at heart, willing and able to be agile in their project delivery and learning as they go Familiar with the concepts of utilisation in the professional services sense and focused on this within the customer services sense of project delivery; and Most of all, is a superior communicator Essential Criteria: Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrable experience implementing software concurrently for/with multiple clients at one time Demonstrable experience in delivery of software training Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and solution design Project management skills related to managing scope, managing escalations and critical path timelines across concurrent project delivery Customer first mentality; ability to empathise and build customer loyalty Proven record of accomplishment of delivery the highest level of customer service 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS / Technology company critical Desirable Criteria: Experience in the Care Management software space and/or experience within the Disability Services and Care delivery environment Experience with our flagship platform - Nightingale Software Benefits: You will be rewarded with being part of a rapidly growing, dynamic Perth based organisation that is servicing clients across the country.
