Power and Water's not-for-profit subsidiary, Indigenous Essential Services (IES), provides essential services and support to 72 remote communities and 66 outstations across the Territory, ranging from the arid dry of the central desert to the islands off our tropical north coast. 
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative (IES) who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our remote communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on resolving complex customer queries, and customising solutions for hardship or vulnerable customers. 
In this role, you will enhance our remote customer service experience with empathy and enthusiasm, ensuring that every customer feels valued and heard as you resolve complex and unique queries. You'll collaborate to meet performance targets, while striving for continuous improvement, making a real impact by suggesting enhancements to our service delivery.
To excel in this role, you will possess exceptional communication and analytical abilities, a strong aptitude for identifying customer needs and exceeding expectations, meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, and a proactive approach to empowering customers with knowledge.
