The Role Having conversations with customers face to face, via online channels and over the phone and helping them with their banking and insurance needs Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations and compliance requirements of the branch Supporting staff development and coaching Contributing to product and service initiatives/activities for the team and region Accept personal loan applications Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures and carryout out administrative duties.
The Person A genuine passion for providing great service and creating positive customer experiences Previous supervisory/team leader experience in retail, customer service or banking environment with a collaborative and enthusiastic leadership approach Some knowledge of, or experience in consumer lending (not essential if you have the desire to learn) Drive and commitment to achieve both personal and team targets Experience working in a retail/customer service environment with a proven sales track record An aptitude for technology and proficient in MS Office programs/apps Honesty and integrity and take pride in diligently following procedures and policy in a regulated financial environment.
