About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Service Operations, this role is responsible for high-level multi-modal relationship management with key stakeholders within the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry, Bus, Driving Instructor and Marine sectors. As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the permissioning (accreditations) of our industry customers and complex case assessments.
The responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Officer will include, but are not limited to:
Processing of accreditations and permissions.Analyse, assessment and decisions of often complex case management relating to safety or criminal charges/convictions.Formal writing within a legal or regulatory setting.Application of legislative frameworks.Applying a customer-centric focus in the way we work across all stakeholders with awareness to safety outcomes.Promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations.The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail that is complimented by advanced business, policy or formal writing skills.
Previous experience in case management within a legal, regulatory or like setting is desirable.
