Senior Customer Service Officer required for a 2-month assignment within a State Government organsiation. Your new company An exciting opportunity to join a thriving State Government Organisation has come up for a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the team on a temporary basis for 2 months. If you are an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service, case management and complaint handling skills, this could be an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and gain invaluable experience from a reputable organisation. Your new role You will be responsible for: Develop comprehensive case management strategies to efficiently process high volumes of complex cases within a legal and regulatory setting. Implement customer-centric approaches to address and resolve complex complaints, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Establish effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders for the resolution of safety-related matters and criminal charges. Apply critical analysis and decision-making skills to high-risk situations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to urgent issues. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in customer service and case management will lead you to success, as will: Customer Centric Focus: Cultivates and maintains effective relationships with customers. Problem-Solving skills: Utilises operational guidelines, knowledge, and experience to solve problems. Scans for relevant information, identifies underlying causes, and proposes alternative actions to clients. Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with others, actively understanding their issues. Suggests appropriate courses of action based on individual needs. Written Communication: Produces a variety of standard written documents. Ensures clarity of information and tailors' language to the intended audience. Strives for a shared understanding and addresses customer needs.
