About the role Reporting to the Manager Customer Service, this position provides high-quality customer service to the public, legal practitioners, and internal stakeholders. It delivers a professional service, provides accurate information, and processes regulatory applications. The position helps guide, support, and encourage team members to promote a positive customer-centric service culture. The position is responsible for considering regulatory applications, providing advice on the complaints process, triage of matters, complaints, ensuring practitioners meet their professional indemnity insurance obligations, the accreditation of institutions providing tertiary legal education, practical legal training, continuous professional development for legal practitioners, Freedom of Information, and internal review requests.
