About the role As an instore Customer Experience Specialist, you will embark on a journey to learn, develop, and implement the various functions of this critical role. You'll coordinate and manage the sales process, ensuring that our customers receive personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. By building positive relationships, actively listening, and showcasing our product offerings, you will help create an exceptional and collaborative sales journey for our customers.
Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Acquires product knowledge and provides comprehensive product information throughout the product demonstration process.Main point of contact for customer instore enquiries to answer questions about our vehicles, aftermarket products and financial services.Fully explains the product benefits and features and establishes strong rapport with customers utilising interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customers' actual needs.Attend all scheduled appointments with customers and manage the test drive process and delivery/handover.Execute customer trade-ins and documents on delivery day.Complete customer valuations as per our sourcing strategy.Utilise web-based systems to help facilitate the sales process and ensure all relevant information regarding the customer is captured and accurate in Salesforce and our Dealer Management System (DMS).Accurately prepare and process sales contracts as required.Achieves management assigned customer satisfaction and reputation objectives and follows up with owners to ensure satisfaction with their delivery process.Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need.Why join us?

Minimum 3 plus years of experience in a customer-facing role within direct sales.Proven ability to manage the sales process, documentation, and close sales independently.Strong communication skills and proficiency in meeting KPI metrics.Expertise in MS Office, digital platforms, multitasking, and organisation; valid driver's license.Prior automotive industry experience, Salesforce familiarity, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences with professionalism and integrity.Apply now!
