The purpose of the role is to actively manage, develop, research and curate the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens living collections, guided by the RTBG Strategic Master Plan, Living Collections Master Plan and the RTBG Board Action Plan 2023-2026.

Hours per fortnight 73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Duties Actively manage, develop, research and curate the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens living collections, guided by the RTBG Strategic Master Plan, Living Collections Master Plan and the RTBG Board Action Plan 2023-2026.
A Diploma in Botanic Gardens Management or an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture or Plant Science or equivalent. Demonstrated supervisory/management experience in a botanic garden setting.
