Join a key Australian Government department that plays a pivotal role in driving the nation's economic growth and innovation. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior CRM Developer to contribute to the development of CRM modules within our existing Dynamics 365 instance. This role is part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team delivering critical technology solutions to support regulatory compliance and business operations.
About the Role: As a Senior CRM Developer, you will be responsible for:
CRM Development & Customization: Develop and customize CRM/Power Apps modules and workflows based on documented user stories and requirements to support various stages of the regulatory compliance process.
System Integration: Configure CRM connectors and integrations to enable seamless data flow between systems, including Azure SQL, the finance system (TechOne), and the department's Data Platform.
User Interface & Experience: Customize the CRM interface to ensure it is user-friendly and provides a streamlined experience for end-users.
Secure Coding & Code Reviews: Integrate system components, apply secure coding practices, and conduct peer reviews of code and infrastructure to ensure best practices.
Azure Web API & Portal Development: Develop and maintain Azure-based web APIs and portal applications to meet legislative reporting requirements and new regulatory processes.
Agile Collaboration & Documentation: Contribute to a collaborative, agile project team, providing technical input and assisting in the creation of design and technical documentation.
Leadership & Mentoring: Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members as needed.
About You: We are looking for an experienced CRM developer with strong technical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps. Strong knowledge of system integrations and working with Azure SQL, APIs, and enterprise systems. Expertise in customizing user interfaces to optimize user experience. Experience with secure coding practices and code reviews. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary agile team. Experience with mentoring and leading junior team members.
