Architects (Information & Communication Technology)Full time12 month ongoing contract to start in JanFlexible working arrangements - Reputed OrganisationOur client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Architect to define the broader CRM strategy, the target state CRM architecture, transition architectures, product selection and providing architecture leadership in the delivery of the selected product.Requirements:10+ years experience as a Solutions/Program ArchitectMust have exposure to multiple CRMs and have been involved in the end-to-end delivery of at least 2 medium to large CRM projects.Good understanding of industry leading CRMs such as Salesforce and Dynamics CRMStrong working knowledge of Integration Platforms such as Mulesoft, Anypoint and integration patterns and anti-patterns.Ability to influence the business architecture including business capabilities and business processes and ensuring CRM solutions are aligned to business strategies and goalsLead several solutions across Salesforce and other CRMs
