We believe in having a positive impact on our people, our community, and our world.We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Officer & Contract Administrator. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day credit collections and ensuring that all commercial contracts meet Talent's standards. This exciting role provides an opportunity to partner with our CRO to administer contracts across the business while driving effective collections within a dynamic, collaborative environment.Some of what you'll be doing:Collaborate with the CRO on contractual risk assessment and risk mitigation.Review and assess commercial agreements with clients and suppliers, documenting potential risks.Manage collections for assigned debtor ledgers, ensuring timely reconciliations and issue resolution.Report regularly to the Credit Manager, providing updates on collections progress and account status.Establish and manage commercial contracts, ensuring proper onboarding and compliance.Investigate and resolve overdue accounts, focusing on 60+ and 90+ day debt.Support business growth by liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring effective contract administration.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collection processes and contract management systems.We want you to be successful in the role, so that means these are great things to have:Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, particularly in high-volume environments.Proficiency in accounts receivable reconciliations and credit checking of new clients.Strong analytical skills, with experience reviewing and documenting commercial contracts.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word & Excel.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft and develop legal agreements.Customer service excellence with both internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail and commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of risk and compliance regimes.Desirable (but not essential):A background in law or a law-related degree.Experience partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.Previous experience in the staffing industry.Familiarity with systems like Bullhorn, FastTrack and Business Central.What's in it for you?'Talent Anywhere' - work from anywhere in the world for 2 weeks/year!'Talent Time Out' – 6 dedicated days/year for resting and recharging.Annual 'TALENTFEST' conferences.Industry leading paid parental leave.Equity program (everyone gets a piece of the pie!)Opportunities for development and career progression.Free premium membership to Headspace.Award-winning workplace culture.If you're ready to be part of a fantastic team, apply now!
