Committed to excellence and innovation, they leverage their affiliation with an ASX-listed Financial Services company to provide stability in a dynamic business environment.Job DescriptionWorking closely with brokers and borrowers, this role will attend to all matters of credit, including, but not limited to:Setting up and maintaining current filesLiaising with brokers and borrowers about their loansInstructing lawyers on new filesWorking closely with the investments team to ensure successful mortgage outcomesDrafting mortgage documentsManaging administrative staff on the credit sideInstructing and reviewing valuationsAttending to security documents post-settlementMaintaining compliance requirementsLiaising with lawyers in each step of the processThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will possess proven experience in credit analysis, preferably within a non-bank lending environment and within the property/mortgage space. They will be familiar with credit assessments, property lending, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
