The Role:
As a Senior Creative Team (Senior Art Director and a Senior Copywriter) in Sydney or Melbourne, you will be working closely with our Creative Directors and Chief Creative Officer to generate ideas that develop compelling, integrated campaigns with a strong digital presence.
You'll be responsible for bringing impactful ideas to life across various channels, with a particular focus on utilising digital & AI tools like Adobe Firefly and MidJourney to create cutting-edge visuals and content.
Key Responsibilities: For the Senior Art Director:Lead the visual direction and design of digital and traditional advertising campaigns, collaborating with the Creative team to push ideas further.Create and refine high-quality visuals that demonstrate variety and batch tonality, leveraging tools like Firefly and MidJourney for unique, AI-powered creative outputs.Collaborate closely with the Senior Copywriter to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.Visually bring ideas to life by overseeing the design process from concept to execution, managing junior designers where necessary.For the Senior Copywriter:Develop and craft compelling copy for a broad range of brands and categories, showing versatility and breadth of tone.Work alongside the Senior Art Director to develop integrated concepts and messaging that resonates with audiences.Match the right tonality across varied projects, while ensuring tone, voice, and brand consistency across all communications.Collaborate on idea generation and conceptual development to improve ideas and creative, including innovative use of digital tools for copy creation.Skills & Experience: Proven experience at a Senior Art Director or Senior Copywriter level, preferably within an advertising agency.A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create industry recognised, engaging, high-quality work across both digital and traditional media.Expertise in digital tools, including Adobe Firefly and MidJourney, to produce AI-powered visuals and creative content.Deep understanding of the advertising industry and the ability to think strategically and creatively to voice a point of view.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with other creatives, clients, and stakeholders.A passion for pushing boundaries and experimenting with new technologies to drive creative innovation.What's in it for you: A flexible working environment that values great ideas and mental space for creativity.The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change.5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness Days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way.Career development and learning & development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.Become a champion for meaningful progress: Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
