Responsibilities: You will be an established award winning Copywriter / Art Director partnership and provide thought leading on creative concepts, direction and tone etc. Work closely with our team, clients, partners and stakeholders to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life. Comfortably present work and meet with clients of all levels. Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and proactively take an interest in quality of care and seeing work through to the final delivery phases and where appropriate commission specialists with your producer, such as artists, illustrators and photographers. Work as a mentor for junior/mid creative teams, offering support and direction. The ideal candidate will have: Evidence delivering innovative campaigns with proven effectiveness, with a range of award-winning campaigns under your belt (all applications must include an online portfolio of creative work). A minimum of 6 years' creative agency experience. Strong understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and print. Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC – must be able to work at pace on your own concepts (Art Director). Strong storytelling ability – ability to turn insights into a narrative and effective creative solution for clients (Copywriter). Excellent understanding of marketing principles. A strong commitment to the needs of all clients and their brands, and passionate about delivering the best work to them. Vast experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and understanding of customer journey mapping from a creative perspective. Experience working in an agile working environment, and comfortable with a fluid approach to work – easily adapting to change in a fast-paced environment. Understanding and experience presenting concepts and proposals to all levels, intelligently adapting approach to suit the needs of the audience you are dealing with.
