As a key member of the Brand and Partnerships team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Richmond Wellbeing's identity and driving our creative vision forward.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Brand Vision: Align the Richmond Wellbeing brand with our 2024-28 Strategic Plan, ensuring consistency across all channels while evolving the brand to reflect our growth and vision.Develop and adapt the brand strategy and Style Guide to maintain high design and production standards.Lead creative and design initiatives across multiple platforms and service areas, including print, digital, events, and social media, setting a creative direction that resonates with audiences and supports our objectives.Develop and maintain the Brand Book and Style Guide, guiding and supporting internal clients and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and empowering them to contribute effectively to the organisation's creative vision.Brand Champion: Champion brand integrity by upholding and promoting consistent use of brand guidelines across the organisation.Empower internal teams with resources and guidance enabling them to uphold brand standards and complete their work effectively.Strategic Projects: Work alongside the General Manager of Brand and Partnerships on high-impact initiatives, such as new business developments, strategic campaigns, and service expansions.Provide creative insights and direction to align key strategic projects with Richmond Wellbeing's brand identity.Guide in-house and outsourced design projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to annual reports, marketing materials, merchandise, and video production.Ensure each design project meets high-quality standards and aligns with Richmond Wellbeing's objectives.Content Management: Manage digital content across social media, the website, and other channels, contributing to user experience, engagement, and SEO.Maintain an asset library to ensure all materials are up-to-date and reflect the organisation's brand style and voice.Process Improvement: Streamline design workflows and manage requests efficiently, tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and maximise brand impact.This role is full-time working Monday to Friday, and based out of office in Cannington.
About YouTo be considered for this role, you will possess;
QualificationsA degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in a similar role.ExperienceMastery in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Canva.Strong project management skills and proven success as a brand champion.Versatile design expertise across print and digital media.Skills in social media design, website content management, and multimedia.An eye for detail and a collaborative spirit to produce creative, impactful results.Video editing skills are a plus!About UsRichmond Wellbeing is a leading WA mental health organisation, providing inclusive, community-based residential and outreach services for adults and young people.
