How you will make contributions that matter: Join our finance team as a Senior Costing Analyst. Support the Finance Manager – Costings, collaborate with project managers, site finance, and commercial finance teams. Provide analysis in product costing, and report on cost movements to drive beneficial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on material costing, support financial reviews, and assist with overhead allocation.Weekly Reporting: Submit overhead recoveries, review packaging and ingredient variances, and analyze freight variances.Product Costing: Manage standard cost processes, maintain product costs, and oversee BOMs and master data.Cost Improvement: Support cost-saving initiatives and collaborate on new cost improvement projects.Risk Management: Manage financial risks and communicate issues.Internal Control: Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.3rd Party Suppliers: Prepare standard costs for third-party products and identify cost differences.Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Experience: 3-5 years in finance/manufacturing/FMCG/Retail, continuous improvement, business partnering, supply chain cost control, and SAP.Skills: Leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, advanced Excel and systems skills.
