Job Description Lead the delivery of 4-5 project (retail) roll-outs simultaneously.
Complete key cost management reports in a timely manner as dictated by the PM/CM.
Communicate any potential risks or opportunities with the Client on specific projects.
Manage Client expectations through excellent communication.
Always maintain the highest standards of Governance and Quality Assurance.
Contribute to the overall improvement of service offering to the client.
Apply commercial acumen to projects and support the client through the decision-making process to deliver a project that not only provides value for money but also delivers a sound commercial outcome.
Set budgets for Client.
Manage our existing key client relationships.
Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
Work closely with our wider Woolworths team and provide support where required.
Demonstrate our Purpose, Vision & Values in your everyday activities, setting an example for excellence.
Contribute to innovations and potential improved approaches with our service.
Qualifications Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
Sound experience in cost planning and contract administration.
5+ years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
Has managed clients, contractors, and consultants directly in previous roles.
Preferable RICS and AIQS accredited.
Previous CostX experience is preferable.
Intermediate to high level MS Excel experience.
