Leading delivery of number of projects, lead point of contact for project stakeholders and client.Project lead within Westpac, and commercial lead for J&JFit-out experience preferredAlso experience delivering across a programme of works would be beneficialLead cost manager on projectsLeading fee proposalsInvolvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunitiesManagement of T&T financials on project and commission managementAssisting, eventually leading, carbon calculation servicesLead a team in delivering projects for a key clientsAbility to train juniorsInteractive proactively with clients and project stakeholdersManage client relationshipsQualifications
5+ years experience as a cost manager and senior cost managerExperience in pre contract and post contract deliverablesMRICS or MAIQS preferredExperience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors preferredAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
