Job Description Lead cost manager on number of projects responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcome.
Responsibilities across pre-construction, procurement, and post contract activities.
Leading delivery of number of projects, lead point of contact for project stakeholders and client.
Leading fee proposals.
Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities.
Management of T&T financials on project and commission management.
Assisting, eventually leading, carbon calculation services.
Qualifications 5+ years experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager.
Experience in pre contract and post contract deliverables.
MRICS or MAIQS preferred.
Experience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors preferred.
