Expectations and Duties
Work closely with clients and teams, analyzing tenders and bids.
Create cost plans and estimates, and oversee project spending.
Involved in final accounts and claims to ensure client satisfaction.
Lead and mentor your team, fostering top performance and growth.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in cost management, preferably from a consultancy background, and have a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction. Chartered or in the process of completing it is a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients and teams are a must.
