Job DescriptionLead cost manager on a number of projects responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities across preconstruction, procurement, and post-contract activities.Client relationship developmentTeam managementLeading delivery of a number of projects, lead point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.Mentoring and guiding more junior staff membersLeading fee proposals.Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities.Management of T&T financials on project and commission management.Assisting, eventually leading, carbon calculation services.Qualifications5+ years experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity SurveyorExperience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverablesMRICS or MAIQS preferredExperience across multiple sectorsLooking to push to the next level in their careerOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
