Lead cost manager on a number of projects responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities across preconstruction, procurement, and post contract activities.Team management.Leading delivery of a number of projects, lead point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.Mentoring and guiding more junior staff members.Leading fee proposals.Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities.Management of T&T financials on project and commission management.Assisting, eventually leading, carbon calculation services.Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor.Experience in pre contract and post contract deliverables.MRICS or MAIQS preferred.Experience across multiple sectors.Looking to push to the next level in their career.#J-18808-Ljbffr
