Lead cost manager on a number of projects responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes, with responsibilities across preconstruction, procurement, and post contract activities.Team management.Leading delivery of a number of projects, acting as the lead point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.Mentoring and guiding more junior staff members.Leading fee proposals.Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities.Management of T&T financials on project and commission management.Assisting, and eventually leading, carbon calculation services.Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor.Experience in pre contract and post contract deliverables.MRICS or MAIQS preferred.Experience across multiple sectors.Looking to push to the next level in their career.Additional Information
