Senior Cost Controller

Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAre you an experienced Cost Controller with a proven track record in managing costs on EPC projects?We're seeking a Senior Cost Controller to join our high-performing Pluto project team within our Perth CBD office. Position is on a contract basis with potential for permanency.Key Responsibilities:Lead cost control processes for KBR Pluto project, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Develop and manage cost forecasts, phasing, and budgets.Analyse project cost performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to control costs for key project packages.Track and report on commitments, expenditures, and Value of Work Done (VoWD).Oversee and implement Management of Change (MOC) processes to track and control cost impacts of scope changes.Prepare detailed cost reports and present to stakeholders.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for decision-making.Skills & Experience Required:5-10 years of experience in Cost Control on EPC projects.Strong expertise in Package Management, Cost Forecasting, Earned Value Analysis, and VoWD.Proficient in handling Management of Change (MOC) processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills to engage with client representatives, multidisciplinary teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.Why Join KBR?Our people are the heart of our business; they are what make us successful.
