Senior Corporate & Commercial Lawyers – 5+ years experience, Hobart, Tasmania
An excellent opportunity exists for two senior lawyers with 5+ years post graduate experience to join our Corporate & Commercial team on a full-time basis. Applications from equivalent foreign qualified lawyers will also be considered.

Ideally, you will have worked at a mid-tier or top-tier firm and have experience in:

Mergers and acquisitions;
Corporate Advisory;
Advising government corporations;
Advising businesses on contractual, compliance and structure related issues.
