Locations: St Lucia Campus Time Type: Full time Posted on: Posted 2 Days Ago Job Requisition ID: R-42657 Future Students Full-time, Fixed-Term opportunity until 3rd October 2025 Base salary will range from: $98,582.63 - $107,349.47 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 7) Based predominately at our vibrant and picturesque St Lucia Campus About This Opportunity As a Senior Coordinator (UG), Future Students Australia, you will play a pivotal role in attracting undergraduate students to UQ. Your responsibilities will include organising and coordinating recruitment events, managing relationships with prospective students and schools, and overseeing the UQ Student Ambassador program. You will also be involved in planning and executing flagship recruitment initiatives like the Young ChangeMakers Program.
Key Responsibilities Include: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support recruitment and engagement activities. Organise and coordinate student engagement events to showcase UQ. Manage the UQ Student Ambassador program, including recruitment, training, and supervision. Oversee UQ's flagship recruitment program, including event management, budgeting, and communication. About You Completion of an undergraduate degree in business, marketing, arts, communication, administration or another related discipline, or at least four years relevant work experience. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills, effective relationship management, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Highly effective event and project management skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members for shared outcomes and results. High level communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a budget. The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia, criminal check, etc.
